How to Check the Status of Your Appeal

STEP 1:
Click the “Folio Number” tab, enter the tax year and folio number for the property, then click “Search”
STEP 2:
Click the “Findings” icon to see the results of the appeal. If the “Findings” icon is not shown, then your property is still pending to be scheduled for a hearing.
For Broward Properties: Case status updates in Broward are currently not available online.
How to Check the Status of the County’s Refund Check

STEP 1:
Enter your property name or address, then click the “Search” tab
STEP 2:
Click the “Full bill history” link that applies to your property
STEP 3:
If the County issued a refund, view the “Processed Refund” section to view the details
