Ivette Delgado focuses her practice on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial and residential development, commercial leasing, financing, and general corporate work. Ivette has helped both residential and commercial property owners reduce their property tax liabilities. Prior to joining Property Tax Adjustments and Appeals, Ivette worked in the areas of complex business litigation, construction law, and asset collection.
Throughout her time in law school, she was the FIU Law Review Executive Comments Editor, a member of the Board of Advocates, and a member of the 21st Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team. Ivette is an active member of CREW Miami, serving in the Signature Events and Programs Committees. Ivette is fluent in Spanish and English.
