Marc Kleiner concentrates his practice on representing real estate developers, investors and homeowners, as well as private and institutional lenders with a variety of real estate needs, including property tax appeals, acquisition and disposition of real estate, commercial leasing, real estate financing and construction contracts.

He has extensive experience in transactions in the residential, industrial, commercial, hotel, multifamily and condominium sectors.

In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Kleiner has expertise in a wide range of corporate and business law matters, working with our clients on business formation, compliance, counseling and employment issues, business contracts, business purchase and sale agreement, commercial lending, and corporate finance.

Marc is actively involved in the community and serves on the board of Beth Torah Benny Rok Campus in North Miami Beach and is a member of the Champions for Make-a-Wish Foundation as well as other local and national charitable organizations.  Marc has been selected as an up and comer “”Super Lawyer” by Florida Super Lawyers and was named as Florida Trend’s  Legal Elite.

Nicholas McCarville is a graduate of St. Thomas University School of law where he finished in the top 20% of his class. Prior to law school, Nick attained his B.A. from Arizona State University.

Nick’s background is founded in the real estate and residential construction industries. He has extensive transactional and brokerage experience the residential, industrial, commercial, hotel, sectors.

Before coming to work with Property Tax Adjustments and Appeals, Nick was the owner of Property Tax Management, LLC, a property tax consulting firm.  Nick has been assisting property owners reduce their property tax liabilities for over 9 years and has been an advocate at the Value Adjustment Boards for commercial and residential properties throughout the State of Florida.

In addition to his real estate and property tax consulting work, Nick has been a civil litigator in a wide range of real estate, bankruptcy, and consumer matters in several states.

Daniel A. Weiss is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Pre-eminent rated lawyer who brings more than 35 years of city, county and local government law experience to Property Tax Adjustments and Appeals, P.A.

Dan represented the taxing and zoning authorities of Miami-Dade County in administrative matters, litigation and appeals between 1981 and 1995 as an Assistant County Attorney; he also served as head of the appeals section in the County Attorney’s Office.  Dan served as Legal Special Master for the Miami-Dade County Value Adjustment Board from 1999-2000, and has represented municipalities and taxpayers in tax assessment, classification, exemption and collection matters since 1997.

Dan has more than 70 published opinions to his credit, including 55 property tax opinions, is co-author of Chapter 64 of the Florida Tax Service 2d, “Agriculture and other Classified Properties” published by Matthew Bender, and has been a lecturer for the National Business Institute and a media consultant on property taxation.

Dan is actively involved in the community as a Board Member of the Miami Beach Bar Association and the Miami Beach Community Development Corporation. Dan has been selected as one of Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite in the area of Government & Administrative Law.  In the South Florida Legal Guide, Dan has been selected by his peers as one of the top lawyers in the categories of Real Estate-Land Use, Zoning & Environmental and Real Estate-Commercial.  Dan has been named a “Super Lawyer” by Florida Super Lawyers for 2014 -2017.  Also, Dan has been included on Miami’s “A list” in five categories: law, philanthropy, business, arts and social prominence, in New York’s Avenue Magazine.
